We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, subscribe to a plan, or contact us. This includes your name, email address, payment information (processed securely by Stripe), and any content you submit through the platform. We also collect technical information automatically, including IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and usage data.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services; process transactions; send transactional and promotional communications; monitor usage patterns to optimize the platform; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers.

All data is stored on servers located in the European Union (via Supabase). We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, role-based access control, and regular security audits. Despite these measures, no security system is impenetrable; we encourage you to use strong, unique passwords.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. For school deployments subject to FERPA, IB Meridian acts as a 'school official' under the relevant regulations and processes student data only as directed by the school. We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the platform (e.g., session authentication) and optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) to understand usage patterns.
